Still not sure why the BBC have not pressed Mexico for the prints return? Surely they want them back.In theses dwindling times of any Episodes returning they might want to just check any existing ones available. Could there be any other Countries that have been confirmed as still holding prints, and not returned them? Other Countries have stated in the past that they no longer held any prints only to find years later that they did and that they had been destroyed. Surely the BBC would like better copies of Ep7 The Daleks and Marinus?

Jon..as always thank you for the pointer.Interesting discussion over on GB.Still think the BBC could try a bit harder to get them back just to check though.

Could the moderators please change the title to 'Daleks' Master Plan: Ian Levine is Trying Again'?
It really bothers me when peoples names are spelt wrong.
EDIT: Thanks for changing it but it's still slightly wrong: 'Levine'

No it isn't, Laurence, it should read Levine, not Levene.

I don't know a lot about 2Entertain's decision to decline Lavine's animations, but one theory I have is that while Shada has no completed episode, to my knowledge, there is still some that they HAVE done, and so 2Entertain perhaps found it would be a little confusing to non Doctor Who fans when the episode shifts from live action to animation. There's a theory being floated there may have been underlying issues with the Addam's estate, rights wise, that may also have been a factor.

1968 huh...? Man that's holding a grudge to Eastern European proportions.

Here's what Jon Preddle has posted on GB: Thanks for that. In regards to not pursuing Mexico for their return they don't have anything missing so not the highest priority. All those stories are complete and don't suffer any cuts as far as I'm aware.
