Look, this programme exists at the BBC. However some of you won't have seen the bows from 19/01/1969, and here they are from 1.01.53 until 1.02.12. It's of fairly minor interest, but it is pretty much one of the last bits of footage of Judy and I feel duty-bound to let you all know about it:- www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBfv4SNvUdI

Just a couple of thoughts Ray, but the Palladium was not her last performance. Her last ever performance was in Sweden in March and of course, the Swedes cherished the tape...Also the mindset of the BBC at the time they would not be seen dead screening ITV material. Now this is not to say that may indeed be a clip from the lost Palladium concert but just some points to be aware of. Apparently, the show was a bit of a disaster, Lena Horne was the original top of the bill but went down with a seasonal bug a week previous and could not sing, Judy replaced her but was very late and threw the whole performer's schedule into chaos as well as not being at her best. Not sure how this played out on TV or if the later replays around the regions kept the delay in to keep their time slots in check...but certainly if it was erased from history you could understand why.

Thank you, Peter. Disaster or not, I'd love to find it. Excuse a very personal comment here, but.... it wasn't until some fifteen minutes after I posted this that I found out today is the 100th Anniversary of Judy Garland's birth.Heck, I didn't even know it was ANY anniversary of her birthday - and I have been extremely creeped out finding this crazy coincidence!!!!!

Yeah, BBC4 showed the 2019 biopic about her last months in London last night. I remember seeing the London Palladium show in 1969 and asked mum "is she drunk?"
Off topic question, does anyone know if Jimmy Tarbuck had a video recorder at that time as the Garland clip from ther Palladium show is an off-air and I'm pretty certain I've seen some other Tarbuck stuff on YT as off-airs. Maybe not!

If you'll excuse another personal comment, this is how I learned just now that Judy Garland was born 100 years ago today... the very same day as my late father!
I didn't know that before, and doubt my dad did.
OK, so this is not of interest to anyone else, but I'm amazed to learn this fact on what would have been my dad's 100th birthday.
It's incredible what you can learn on the missing episodes forum!

Yes Ray a lot of people would like you to find it LOL. Clutching at straws here but If it was still around I would reckon it would be in a region's cupboard somewhere that time-shifted the original programme ..not clearly marked as it was just a seen today gone tomorrow time shift for the evening. A few regions had given up screening SATLP altogether by this time. I don't think it was sold elsewhere. I would have thought in those days ATV would have spared Judy some dignity.
