The Daleks master plan 12 is a fantastic episode with some great moments; just to see the look on Mavic Chen’s face when he gets exterminated and Sarah Kingdom’s death scene would be good.
If not, episode 7 of Evil of the daleks would be a great episode to find.

This thread has probably been done a million times before. But it certainly will stave off the boredom.
I'd go with Episode 7 of Evil of the Daleks. Not that all important in terms of Doctor Who lore, but it being the least likely episode to turn up ... I'd have to go for the underdog.
Second place would go to the Tenth Planet Episode 4. Just to finish up that serial, and it being the most important episode missing.
Then after that would be any episode from a serial that has no representation. That's why I was so happy Galaxy 4 Airlock was found. An episode from Macra Terror or Power of the Daleks or Marco Polo .... Just so we can say we have something from them!
After that I'd go with episodes that clean up existing episodes: Toymaker 4, Faceless 3, Galaxy 4 Airlock, Time Meddler 4, War Machines 3 & 4 ... I'm a completionist. I'd love to have those episodes "improved".

While I agree with the sentiment that this is best served at Gallifrey Base... I'd like Mission to the Unknown returned. Be nice to see what a largely Dalek-only story would be like.

By that logic "The Screaming Jungle" isn't a Hartnell episode (unles you count the recap), because he does not appear in it. In fact they shouldn't put the Doctor Who title up - because the Doctor is absent. Let's face it - it's Hartnell era.

Why is there a raw nerve? I have said this before, but I find it amazing that some people have said stuff like "Oh, I don't care if any 'Space Pirates' or 'Savages' episodes turn up!" That still blows my mind.
As far as the "which episode would you like to turn up?" bit, I think mine may well be 'Fury From The Deep 6'.
