As far as I recall Pilot only performed 'Penny In My Pocket' on the Arrows show.
The 2 latest clips don't appear to be from television shows at all. I would guess they were promos, funded by the record company - EMI.

45 would be my guess. The surviving footage from this show has some very minimalistic backgrounds in them.
