Weren't the colour episodes repeated around 1970? Likely, but our family first got a colour TV around 1973 - after that time I remember very very few TV shows were in black and white, lots of films of course but very little TV - The Saint being a notable exception (and of course BBC Schools). It's funny that back in those days shows made just four or five years earlier were deemed completely unsuitable for repeat viewing.

Hi Laurence
with regards to your Misfit question. It looks like the second series was reshown around 1973.It was as a gentle comedy, ideal for afternoon viewing so its a puzzle why the longer 1969/70? first series was not shown with it.
Another afternoon 1970s rerun was some episodes of 'Happy ever after' which was a VTR anthology series from 1969.

A mixed bag of stories some quite funny some very intense, perhaps the most famous one was with Judy Geeson? another ATV VTR anthology was 'Suspicion' which was also perhaps again a bit too heavy for afternoon repeats, but looked very like the father of the 'Thriller' series.
