Well, this is what I get for not checking my archive a little more closely... These three tracks have actually been out for about 5 years, as part of the grey-market Vigotone CD box "What You Been a Missin'"... sound is not bad, considering that the recording is off-line, from a hand-held mic (fidelity on a par with some of the earliest recovered Beatles BBC recordings). Proof that those of us that are TV archivists should keep abreast of what's happening on the audio marketplace!  -Kevin Segura |
