The specs I've seen mention a commentary from director Michael Ferguson and Anneke Wills but not Jackie Lane. Has Lane disassociated herself from 'Who' or does she dislike this story because she was abruptly written out after two episodes? I read an interview where she seemed happy to discuss the show but I guess that was over 20 years ago.

I am more inclined to think that she isn't doing commentary BECAUSE she is only in two episodes. Except for a few exceptions usually the commentary comes from actors or crew who were associated with all episodes in the story so they can comment on what's going on all the way through.
But it will be good to add this to my collection when it comes out as an R-1 release.
