There is a fair smattering of recordings around.
My own fav is the interview with gene Vincent from 1960 that lasts about 15 minutes.
Sheers class!

Well if anyone has any of the following I would be interested.
Top 30 - Disco with Tony Prince (82-83) Saturday night spectacular - Bob Stewart (Jan 84 - Oct 84) or anything from the 80's as I started listening to 208 in 1982 when Mike Hollis joined.
Many thanks in advance Paul

welcome, Rodney! How many programmes are still being stored? and where?? (you don't have to answer that last part!) Well I have a fair number and of course the This Is How It All Began was put together by me in 1974 and re-done for the mid-80's. Certainly some stuff is stored in the library at RTL France and maybe even at Telestar, Paris as well.

I've got a quite a few old off-air Luxy shows on tape, mainly from 1968 (Paul Burnett, Paul Kaye), but also some 70s stuff...Tony Prince, Chris Cary etc. Also a compete Rob Jones show from 1979.
Best of the bunch is a studio tape of Stuart Henry doing the Top 20 Rock Show from February '79 which I'm pretty sure is complete.
