This music video is from a missing 1975 Countdown episode and has fragments of in studio Countdown footage before and after the clip including the segment logo "Countdown Flashback". The music video itself does exist in its entirety in superior quality colour film, great rock'n'roll classic cover by the legendary John Lennon, this was at a time he decided to go back to his roots of rock'n'roll. This was one of two clips he did specially for UK's music program "Old Grey Whistle Test". Anyways this footage would of been recorded on 1/2" EIAJ standard B&W reel-reel videotape."

www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwqtWgFb_mE&playnext_from=TL&videos=W4MfCE-EMj4&fmt=18"This is an in studio segment of the 70s Channel 7 program "Do It". This segment is from near the end of a 1974 "Do It" Beatles Special episode which went for 3 hours. The whole special exists pretty much in its entirety as a Beatles fan recorded it in 1974 on EIAJ standard B&W 1/2" reel-reel videotapes and I have a VHS transfer copy of it. It was an awesome special featuring rare Beatles clippings from the beginnings to the end and the band members solo works of the early 70s and was hosted by a panel of TV presenters and Aussie music icons. This segment features a younger long haired Molly Meldrum co-hosting with the presenter, long before he took on the trademark cowboy hat in the 80s. It is uncertain if Channel 7 have kept this special or not, this may be the only recording in existence."

www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDUcJBWrWBk&playnext_from=TL&videos=c91DfAhAMx4&fmt=18" Roger Glover talks about his experience about Space Truckin', and then, after a short live footage of Purple playing the song live(in NY 1973), Jon Lord gives a demonstration of his long Hammond organ solo he used to do in the middle part of the song, which usually was full of classical influences(if you know the Made in Japan version of Space Truckin', you know, what I'm talking about). Jon originally played this mostly improvised solo in Mandrake Root, but after they stopped playing the song live, they put it in Space Truckin'."
