would it not be a good idea, for, the BBC to set up on BBC3 or 4 a MUSIC night whereby you show what as not been seen for years since first tx, this works brilliantly on European TV. I did not start up a campaign 13 years ago to get top of the pops repeated just to have: (1) the same clips shown over and over again. (2) silly comments at the begining of performances (3) silly captions over the performances (4) and most importantly, a show such as totp2, to be dropped from the schedules. These clips are historic content of totp and to not let us see anymore is scandalous. Most of our parents paid for these programmes in the first place, (60's/ 70's) and as we are now licence payers ourselves, the BBC owe it to us, to carry on showing archive material, not only from top of the pops but most of their (our) archives.
