Does anyone here know how many early episodes exist of the documentary series Man Alive (BBC 1965 - 1982). Also, from around what year is the series complete in the archive. Any help gratefully received. Thanks

there was a docu on MA in the "A Day In The Sixties" from 1994 or was it 1995, there were clips from the single mothers docu(with brian jones pre rolling stones son), and the one with the terminaly ill people, and I think the phobias one , woman scared of pigeons et.c.

I've two or three editions that have been repeated in recent years. I suspect a lot may survive as they were on film - although i've no idea if the majority do (anybody?)

and there was that clip from the one about the groupies "the ravers"? that was on that was the week we watched 1967, "snogged with the troggs, titch out of dave dee etc" by the way where did those totp captions come from , I'm guessing either fom surviving clips or reconstructions as the group members don't always match the 1967 line ups, the hollies one was about 1969
