Yes - I suppose the thing that’s surprised me is no one seems to have found out for definite if it is an existing recording or not.

There also seems to be a video on that same place that might be the Belgian entry, try: Robert Cogoi Près de ma rivière Could be from the actual program, question mark?
Since it's Walloon, that's French-speaking Belgium, it ended up there.

ESC 1964 visual does not exist in France.
And the Robert Cogoi "Près de ma rivière" comes from Belgian TV Show Format 16/20 and not Eurovision.
The Audio does, but due to a protester ends abruptly: The transmission is interrupted (at 59'40"). NB: incident: after the Swiss competitor, a man went on stage and waved a banner to the cameras with the inscription "boycott France and Salazar"
