What was the difference between the version mentioned in the TWW celebrations and the one I remember with Derek Batey?

Anyone know the survival rate for Mr & Mrs - both versions? I can remember an episode when they did an on air handover between Derek Batey and Alan Taylor - I wonder if this was unique for 2 ITV companies to be doing the same show?
Also I remember a celebrity edition when Barbara Windsor and Ronnie Knight were the guest married couple. I'd be interested to see that edition again.
