It is not vitally important, but I wonder if anyone has all the airdates of the Engelbert Humperdinck Show (1969-1970)? The IMDb is incomplete, and it's ITV so not on genome.

Hi,
I have the UK tx dates only, taken from TV Times and newspapers of the day.
Friday 26th December 1969 Barbara Eden, Jose Feliciano etc Sunday 5th April 1970 Paul Anka, Dana Valery etc Sunday 12th April 1970 Lou Rawls, Roger Whittaker etc Sunday 19th April 1970 Ray Charles, Jerry Lewis etc Sunday 26th April 1970 Lena Horne, Joel Grey etc Sunday 3rd May 1970 Roger Miller, Georgia Brown etc Sunday 10th May 1970 Edwin Hawkins Singers, Malcolm Roberts etc Sunday 17th May 1970 Oliver etc Sunday 24th May 1970 Jack Jones, Connie Stevens etc Sunday 31st May 1970 Tony Bennett, Leslie Uggams etc Sunday 7th June 1970 Tommy Roe, Georgia Brown Sunday 14th June 1970 Clodagh Rodgers, Bobby Van etc Sunday 21st June 1970 Four Tops etc Sunday 28th June 1970 Liberace etc Sunday 5th July 1970 Dusty Springfield, Buddy Greco etc Sunday 12th July 1970 Vincent Edwards, Shirley Bassey, Kenny Ball and His Jazzmen etc Sunday 19th July 1970 Blue Mink, Jack Wild etc Sunday 26th July 1970 Joel Grey, Sergio Mendes
I can only assume the episode numbers Engelbert is using correspond to the USA showings. Also Lulu appeared on the UK 19th April 1970 edition, but was cut from the YT version Engelbert uploaded, or maybe she just wasn't used in the USA showing.
Hope this helps
Cheers!

UK, yes. I don't know where the IMDb gets its airdates from. This program wasn't co-produced with another country, was it? And the current numbering doesn't seem to follow the premiere order if the guests are anything to go by. It's another fine mess!

The problem might be that it was not networked on UK TV and some regions were showing it at various dates. The IMDB can also list other countries' transmission dates which confuses even more if they pop up. But it is nice to have the guide dates from Tony which are presumably the ATV transmissions.

It IS different dates, only I had no idea they used that to sort them: www.imdb.com/title/tt1429257/releaseinfo?ref_=tt_dt_rdatThen again it makes some sense to see the very first airdate as decisive regardless of country. Another thing is that the ITV archive seems to list 24 episodes, although the last 7 have no details at all. I chose the wrong forum section didn't I.

I think Engelbert puts up the last 'known' surviving one this week (Jack Wild etc) . I am sure his fans will be screaming for more which might start a search? With all the fade-outs for the numerous commercial breaks they were the US copies he was using which were probably kept in the ITC archive, which was better looked after. The PAL copies with the two UK ad breaks were probably kept in the ATV archive which has been to hell and back LOL

18, they start at 00. Which seems to match with what we had so far.

They show the ones that went through reverse standards conversion, but not the b/w film survivors.

There are even many off air audio recordings to improve optical sound, SHOULD that be a problem (I don't know). ATV Audio has them. But my guess is, they have simply taken what ITV archive was able to supply and it's not a fully fledged effort for the complete run.

They should upload just one more final episode, "16", with Kenny Ball, Shirley Bassey, Vince Edwards, Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara.

But they didn't; so it looks like this agency managing the youtube account doesn't have everything or know everything. ATV audio has these as well, it seems (as audio, just to state the obvious).
