What an awful week for music, don't know what to say to have 2 legends pass within 3 days of each other. Olivia was one of a kind, a voice like no other, a sweet personality that is loved by ALL. Olivia was one person I always wanted to see live in concert, but never got the chance. She was loved the world over, and will be remembered as one of the greats of our time.

So sad to hear of her passing, another star who was always around whilst I was growing up and always a pleasure to watch.

Very Sad news R.I.P. Olivia
strange, today I was looking around a local charity shop (for cancer) and in a box of singles were 'I Honestly Love You' by 'Livvy'....and 'The Carnival is Over' by The Seekers !
I got 'em both...

Only Olivia BBC2 23rd September 1977. Not missing, but still a nice tribute. Features her old singing partner Pat Carroll on backing vocals and contribution from John Farrar. www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_O9C3HluBo&t=7s

Speaking of her producer and former Shadow John Farrar....
Olivia played a lovely recorder solo on Marvin & Farrar's own version of 'Music Makes My Day' sung by John (1973)
- a song Olivia also recorded herself
A talented Lady...!
