Thinking about this series, which I last saw in the mid-70s, again this week, and now Ronnie McDevitt, on another thread, has pointed out that "Some of a 1970s drama The Roads to Freedom in the same BBC4 slot this Wednesday (as the Second City Firsts)." Wonderful! Must get a TV! www.imdb.com/title/tt0159910/But..."some" of them? All survive. And where's the DVD? (Colin Baker in three episodes; there were thirteen episodes in all).

On the Mausoleum Club, Ian b notes: "The thirteen part dramatisation of Satre’s novels, last repeated in 1977 and unavailable on dvd, gets a full re-run on BBC4. Begins tonight with four episodes at 10pm, five episodes next Wednesday and the final four the week after that."
Blimey, IMDB has it as 14 episodes, which sounds unlikely. They only have one episode-title listed, and not a single synopsis.
And this for the greatest drama series ever made...OK, third greatest series.

The 14th might be a documentary about the series, it sounds interesting.
