Network have bought the Danziger archive and are offering a free stream of some of their prolific output until 15 June. The Danziger Brothers only reigned about 10 years in Elstree and then disappeared into obscurity with their fortune. Known for having a very, very quick turnaround in film and TV production it was easy then and now to dismiss it all as Poundland (or Dollar store) tat, well now you can judge for yourself and would be interesting to read any opinions in the comments. Apparently future talents like Brian Clemens (aka Tony O'Grady) worked their socks off for them in supplying scripts etc. A TV series called 'Richard the Lionheart' was immensely popular with a catchy theme tune and was thought to have been in the can in 24 weeks...contrast that with today and how long a Dr.Who episode takes to make. Thanks, Peter.
I can never see a link to their streaming service on the Network homepage; thought for ages that they'd ended it!
