I know that the Missing Episodes have been reconstructed in many ways like the Loose Canon Reconstructions, BBC Reconstructions and Animations, but I got a video recommendation on YT today which was a Reconstruction of Power of the Daleks Part 1 with Narration. I wanted to ask here if this Narration is from the old CDs BBC released many years ago or is it from a DvD as Bonus Material or a new CD Boxset?

I hadn't seen a recon with narration before, I thought that worked quite nicely actually. Anneke Wills' narration definitely adds to it.
There are good few options when it comes to different ways to enjoy missing stories. I think certain approaches suit some stories better than others. For example DMP, I've seen the Loose Cannon recon which is superb (natch) and heard the soundtrack narrated by Peter Purves and read most (not all) of the two Target books written by John Peel but the soundtrack has become my favourite way to enjoy it. For me just the soundtrack seems to suit the story better than the recon or anything else.
Galaxy 4 is another one where there will be a myriad of ways to enjoy the story. For me the new animation will have to be very special to beat the BBC recon. It's just become my favourite way to consume that set of episodes, I think because it's a pretty simplistic morality play (certainly by modern standards), the cutdown version is a perfect length. The LC recon is now the only way I can enjoy Marco Polo it's just too good, I would never be satisfied with just the soundtrack now. With The Abominable Snowmen I prefer the audiobook read by David Troughton to the original soundtrack or recon. Again the atmosphere of the tale feels wholly in tact in that medium where it feels missing in others. I found the Britbox recon of Wheel really hard work, so the preference there is the existing episodes with eps 2, 4 & 5 on soundtrack with ep1 skipped over entirely because I find it pretty superfluous to the rest of the story.
Then there's the animations. Some work better in colour for me, like Macra Terror but then others, such as Power I would have to watch in black and white.
My idiosyncrasies don't end with ME's either. As tremendous as the re-coloured Mind of Evil is, I prefer to turn the colour off on my TV to watch it in b&w because it just seems to suit the style and mood of the story.
Is anyone else like this? I'd love to hear other people's preferences now that we have so many ways to enjoy the ME's.

Sorry! I burbled on and on and didn't answer the OP's question; Anneke Wills recorded the narration for the release of the soundtrack on CD in 2004. If I remember rightly it came in a very nice tin with Evil of the Daleks (narrated by Frazer Hines) with a bonus CD.

And the colouration is brilliant I still occasionally. Bust out the vHS to relive the nostalgia.

I have in my collection a telesnap reconstruction of Evil of the Daleks with a narration by Fraser Hines I don't know where I got this from, so googling around it seems this version has been released on the animated Evil set.
Does anyone know the origin of this reconstruction? Who made it? Somewhere between 2003 and 2009 I guess. 2003 for when the audio CD came out with Fraser's narration, and 2009 which seems to be around when I got it (possibly from Demonoid at the time)

When I am watching the episode carefully, I prefer the telesnaps with the subtitles. When I have them on while I am doing other things, I prefer the narrations.
