Very sad news to hear the legendary 1st doctor actress has passed away. Here's hoping a few more of her episode's turn up. Toymaker is a personal favourite of mine

It's sad, isn't it - but I guess time marches on for all of us.
William Russel is 96!
I would love to see The Savages, myself. Hope that's found one day.

It is very sad. Rest in Peace Jackie.
I really liked Dodo. I do wish that The Celestial Toymaker and The Savages still existed as I think Dodo is at her best in them. In the first she has to play deadly games for her life yet she still remains active and positive and in the second she wilfully helps to overthrow a tyrannical governing body, firstly by finding out about their experiments and then actually taking up arms and infiltrating them with only Steven by her side.
I hope Jackie new we all appreciated her.

Itās the earliest Dr Who Iāve got any recollection of seeing & itās always struck me as a classic ā donāt take people/things at face valueā sci fi story. Letās hope it turns up.

Buddha bless her. One of my very favourite companions. She was in some great stories. The Wiles/Tosh era is one of the very best including Toymaker. I don't know if she ever did any other interviews but I'm really glad she did that Myth Makers one.
