Does anyone remember the episode of Stargate SG1 when the team were stuck in an ever repeating day. They eventually realised & started doing different things like hitting golf balls through the Stargate................. No but I do vaguely remember the very first feature-length episode of which unexpectedly featured full blown nudity. That is until they re-released said episode in ‘enhanced’ form many years later with said scenes completely expurgated...

OOI, have you ever heared of the "winterval" incident? ...well I would be lying if I said that I hadn’t expected the Charm School’s preeminent alumni to descend upon this incendiary topic with his customary reverence! Still, in the (likely optimistic) interests of constructive discourse please elucidate on what specifically I’ve asserted that you so obviously contend (and preferably without resorting to attributing wholly embellished, utterly false quotes to me, as you did last time we ‘debated’ this incendiary issue I recall ). It is after all potentially insightful for others to have alternate, opposing perspectives on such an important (and sadly increasingly pertinent) topic. Not wasting my time on people with fingers in their ears, thank you very much.

(Rhetorical) Question: How does one persuade someone that censorship is a demonstrably escalating issue - one that attracts the justified concerns of growing numbers of folk representing the full smorgasbord of ideological creeds and not one defined by the trite, right vs left demarcation lines they’ve evidently long since convinced themselves it to be? Answer: You can’t. ‘Tis a forlorn hope. The quintessential exercise in futility even. I shall therefore heed the above and gracefully egress from what is assuredly descending into yet another juvenile, truculent game of petty partisan brinkmanship! But it would be remiss of me to do so without first answering the one pertinent question I have thus far neglected and of which I’m sure has confounded, intrigued and bemused all who have masochistically viewed this page: “ Winterval” is what the editorial staff at Rwels favourite newspaper euphemistically refer to their Christmas p*ss up as. Probably.Hope that’s cleared up now.

You're free to be as pessimistic as you can - just go do it somewhere else. It's really quite simple: this place is called "the missing episodes forum" and it's meant for discussing lost or otherwise vintage television. It is not the muppet show balcony.

Please don't discuss the availability or otherwise of pirated copies of copyrighted tv programmes please, folks.

This has got very little - or nothing at all - to do with Missing television, so into the Nexus it goes.
