Like dancing a one man quadrille - hilarious. This is actually well known in social dance circles. Its been on YouTube for quite a while. There are two versions - one 'original,' and one reenacted for Old Time Music Hall.

He's pretty good in Arthur Askey's Miss London Limited. (The only film to have a song name-checking Southern Railways stations, including changes at Brockenhurt and Fareham...).
