Here are some more mute clips, where the music track has been replaced with another. If anyone knows where these clips originate from, then let me know.
Petula Clark (c.1966) - Colour Film
This colour clip of Petula Clark in Paris presumably dates from around 1965/6, since she filmed a number of promo clips for French television during this period. However all those clips are in monochrome as it was not until 1967 when France started broadcasting in colour, so this clip may have been filmed by a US television network, as Clark also made a number of TV appearances in the US at the time, most of them in colour.
The Outer Limits (c.1967) - B&W Film
Before Jeff Christie had a hit with the song "Yellow River" in 1970, he was a member of a short lived band called The Outer Limits who made a few singles during 1967-8. It appears they may have filmed a promo in 1967, some footage appears in a documentary made shortly after the band broke up:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=avRnFgF4-8M, yet the original music track was replaced when it featured in the doc, so the mystery continues.
Paul Anka (c.1965) - Colour Film
This presumably comes from a Scopiotone/ Cinebox source, although this footage is a mystery as I cannot source another copy of this anywhere else it seems.
