A lovely, gentle man who has left us with some absolutely wonderful music. A sad, sad day. Saw him perform at Hereford Leisure Centre on a double header with John Mayall and the Blues Breakers in the early 2000’s. It wasn’t his best night by any means but we still felt that it was an absolute privilege to be there in his presence, and the love for the man and his music that the audience still radiated was heartening to witness. Rest in peace, Peter.
Purely by chance, the other week when looking at the TOTP recordings on ok.ru linked to another thread on here, we watched the 1971 TOTP there & couldn’t believe it, Peter Green was on in the album slot.

I wondered if the BBC might repeat a programme on Peter that they originally broadcast in 1996, in a series called 'The Works' - I don't think it has ever been rebroadcast since original transmission.

I remember there was a Rock Family Tree about Fleetwood Mac that would be great to see again.

I remember there was a Rock Family Tree about Fleetwood Mac that would be great to see again. Thanks, I'm surprised the BBC haven't repeated them more.
