I'm trying to identify the songs performed by Cherry Wainer and Neville Taylor in the 1960 movie ' Climb Up The Wall', and any googling (as well as watching the actual movie) has drawn a blank. Can anyone here help??

Have you got the Shazam music identifying app on your phone Peter? Not sure how good it is on 1960 British pop but I've used quite a bit to identify music on the radio/TV and used in films.

Ah problem then. But it might have been useful if you did have one!
The IMDB page for the film has these soundtrack credits:
Frankie and Johnny sung by George 'Calypso' Browne
What's Cooking Baby? sung by Glen Mason
Miss In-Between sung by Craig Douglas
Of Love sung by Craig Douglas

Not knowing the film...
A possibility for Cherry Wainer might be "Red River Walk" ?
A possibility for Neville Taylor might be "Dance with a Dolly" ?
(I think it was Neville Taylor who changed his name to 'Hal Munro' but it didn't stop his slide into obscurity)

They actually perform excerpts of several songs (some together), but it's probably easier if I upload it to YouTube:

'Lucky Five' is a song performed by Russ Conway (also in the movie, but outside my interest)... and there is a scene featuring models on a catwalk, accompanied by music. More info on a possible song title here, though it mentions the same song for both Cherry and Neville: www.lightscamerabackbeat.com/search.php?show=Climb%20Up%20the%20Wall

Seems just to be a medley of various bits and pieces that maybe didn't get given separate song titles; although if they had been 'You Gotta Dig That Beat Boys' and 'In Her Evening Gown' seem like good guesses for a couple of parts. Otherwise something like 'Rock My Baby Rock', or 'Rock Everybody, Roll Everybody'?

Russ Conway apart, were any of the songs from the film released on record? George 'Calypso' Browne, I presume was the singer aka 'Young Tiger'? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Tiger

Yes, that's the same George Browne. He's also in the movie 'Rock You Sinners'.
