It's great that the BBC are finally broadcasting two of the four Hancock remakes recorded back in September 2017, but does anyone know why they are still holding back the other two? I went to the recording of these and rate 'The Christmas Eve Party' as one of the funniest of the lost scripts, but as that and the other episode 'Christmas At Aldershot' really need to be broadcast during the festive season I was expecting them to be slotted in at appropriate points during the upcoming Christmas fortnight. However, the schedules have now been published and there is no sign of them. I assumed they didn't put them out last Christmas as they were waiting until the remaining three lost episodes had been recorded to make a final series of seven, but as this hasn't yet happened I can't see any sense in doing a series of just two episodes and making us wait another whole year for the others.
