Is The Tenth Planet 4 like Schrodinger's cat? It both exists and doesn't exist!
Personally I think the odds of it being found are 50/50 - it'll either turn up or it won't!
I think that a whovian fan that wants 16 films, will collect any episode, but if a standard 16mm collector want a doctor who episode, he will buy something that makes history in the TV for a lot of people, like the first regeneration, tenth planet 4 is a good candidate to be in private hands.
Ed, are you a massive eccentric in real life? I imagine you being so, you're certainly a character on here.
Well, Ed is just simply aware that there have consistently been Omnirumors (never refuted in any unambiguous way) that Phil Morris' global Omnisafari plus the efforts of other intrepid missing episode hunters have yielded big, big results.
Curious enough, even though it's been no secret that such as comprehensive search has occurred, the actual results of the search have been kept quiet.
We don't know yet one way or the other for sure, but there have been plenty of optimistic comments from Phil Morris, especially in the last week. Therefore, it's not unreasonable to have some level of optimism about the whole situation.
