Is that the first ever found clip from any "Time For Blackburn" show? What was the source?

In the clip we saw Tony asks the Who to do a Revive 45. So I imagine as soon as they had finished the shpw, the Who did an oldie on set and that would have been an insert the following week.

The Julie Driscoll clip is from "Time For Blackburn!". Apparently a bunch of inserts exist from "New Release" and "Time For Blackburn!".
