I think I'm more irritated by time-cuts at the moment than I am about absolute censorship-I don't watch much vintage TV as it is.Almost wish that broadcasters were compelled to note how much material has been lost.

And it was re-broadcast a few times in the 80's in the Rock & Roll years. Fair play to the Beeb at the time. Anything that highlights what the civil rights movement achieved, however uncomfortable to a new audience is good in my book. If it makes people think, that's got to be a good thing. The latest issue with FB and the Vietnam photo shows the danger of airbrushing history. It's human nature to make the same mistakes over and over again and anything that makes this more likely by not learning the lessons of history Is a bad idea.

A long clip of it turned up in one of those 'I love the 60s' style shows too fairly recently.
