Hi John,
Unfortunately there was only one date that my 1959 TV Times dvd allowed me to check (for series one) and that was the 25th May 1959.
there is no sign of the programme being transmitted in the (Northern region) that day.
I know we have not reached 1960 yet in this thread; but I was curious, so I checked 1960 anyway for the (existence unknown) series two but nothing to be seen.
