I kinda guessed that i was right in thinking that only 8 eps exist. But i would have thought the site bearing the series name would be a little more accurate. Got my hopes up for a while there

What about the hundreds of sites bearing the name of "Doctor Who" which are full of blinkered, propagandist fanboy stinky plops about episodes that don't exist?

Got my hopes up for a while there Indeed, that's what I thought - until I emailed him and realised he was only going by the many web based DVD outlets on the net... which of course have mostly all got it wrong!

Should of course read: We can confirm that all of the (REMAINING) episodes from series 1-3 in this box set are included. ...what a differance, one word can make!

The chappy also says:
I would have thought that he'd want to do all he can to avoid drawing the BBC's attention to his site, given that he's selling sets of pirate DVDs of the show at £42 a pop...

I would have thought that he'd want to do all he can to avoid drawing the BBC's attention to his site, given that he's selling sets of pirate DVDs of the show at £42 a pop... Maybe someone should point it out to the Beeb - I'm sure he'd get an email or two then. Anyway, 10 quid says when the DVD is released and it only has 8 episodes on it, he *still* claims it's a BBC conspiracy to suppress the other 12 eps for dark and nefarious BBCesque reasons.

"Middal agged", yet still not learnt how to spell, use capital letters, or punctuation. Interesting.
And isn't "cud" what cow's chew...?
In anycase, there are ways and means of getting hold of most old, unreleased, TV shows; most of which are entirely free and, shall we say, "internet based".
You go advertising shonky pirate DVDs on the net, making silly amounts of money on each set - I mean, on a £42 set that's got to be, what, something of the order of £35 clear profit? - then you deserve all that comes to you.
And chances are people who fork out £42 for one set of LL DVDs are much less likely to pay out again for a second, legit, set.

it aint me guv so no need to git yer trassers in a twist I do apologise; it was intended as a general, non-specific "you", meaning anyone in general that does such a thing; it wasn't meant to suggest that you were in any way involved in pirating DVDs. A better way for me to have phrased it, without ambiguity, would have been: "If someone goes advertising shonky pirate DVDs on the net, making silly amounts of money on each set - I mean, on a £42 set that's got to be, what, something of the order of £35 clear profit? - then they deserve all that comes to them." And rest assured that my "trassers" - whatever they might be - are not in a twist...

I just wish certain people here would learn to spell and punctuate.
