At the last update officially (back in January) nothing had been handed over, although at least one member of the Restoration Team believed Phillip Morris had more and was holding them back (saying Marco Polo was the most likely given it had more copies than most other stories did). Personally looking at that, if they did know anything they would probably have been under a non-disclosure agreement and wouldn't be able to make comments suggesting he's hoarding Marco Polo.
What I would point out though (and it is rather crucial to the whole thing) is that even if they worked flat, non-stop and only on brand new episodes (rather than higher quality existing episodes) and obviously encountered absolutely no problems in the restoration, to restore 90 episodes up to scratch would take the best part of three years (and realistically, you would be looking at well over double that time, provided of course all the episodes were already there and not still needing to be found). If the Omni-rumour is true then there is simply no way the BBC would have a full announcement/release ready for the next few years at least, by which point there is a chance more will have shown up anyway which definitely doesn't help.
That's ultimately the problem with most rumours regarding large hauls. People expect news instantly. The Enemy of the World and The Web of Fear took nearly half a year to get to release quality, and that was only ten episodes being worked on.

Noticed a Ghana/Sierra Leone reference in last night's new Who, when the round the world news reports of the trees were playing. Marco Polo, in addition to other Whos, were believed to have passed through Ghana en route to Sierra Leone.
Not holding my breath, but just wondering why those 2 countries were singled out? Why not Niger, Cameroon, etc? Anyway, could just be coincidence a la the 11th Doctor's snowmen.

Its also says in the second report, after the paris one, "The Pitch wont be ready in Time", there are several meanings of the word Pitch, one of which as in sales pitch, not ready in time [IE why Marco didnt go with Enemy and Web]. It is interesting why the other reports only got one showing and the Ghana/Sierra Leone got two. There is also a Goal in the picture. We all have a Goal to find the missing episodes. It would also be interesting if the date of the clip matched the date Philip Morris was photographed outside the Sierra Leone TV Station he tweeted.

"You see, Jo ... may I call you Jo? ... yes, it's really simple. You see ... I am he, and he is me!" "And we are all together, goo goo ki choo?" "Sorry?" "'I am The Walrus' ... It's a song by the Beatles!" Then the Troughton Doc pulls out his recorder ... "Really? How does it go?"

Eddie McGuigan is claiming a MARCO POLO ANNOUNCEMENT is still coming. These rumors are getting annoying. If it was me running the site, no posts about missing episodes until you can prove it with credible sourses

But he made this comment on 9th October 2014, I don't think anyone today believes that Marco Polo has been found.

But he made this comment on 9th October 2014, I don't think anyone today believes that Marco Polo has been found. Au contraire. Paul Vanezis' latest comments on the SOFTLY SOFTLY find thread strongly suggest there is always a realistic hope for film print reappearances years down the line. - and he's a guy who should know.

"realistic hope" sounds very like 'likelihood',which is going a bit far. With Softly,Softly, apparently, there was a strong likelihood of the episode returning to the archives, since it was known that a duplicate had been made.
