Driver Fatigue - it could put you to sleep for good Passing places - a group of country singers (and violinists)in the back of a veteran car extoling the virtues of letting drivers pass on country roads Know your bike - a series of people in a police station unable to describe their stolen bike, it ends with a policeman admitting to the desk officer (Ivor Salter) that his bike has been nicked as well ! 'It's been a good day',Smoking hazards - an old man smoking in his chair nods off recalling the day at the races - his cigarette drops to the floor and the room is soon ablaze Old lady and Mynah Bird (?) - an old lady (Gwen Nelson)decides to report some suspicious behaviour at her neighbours house Never go with Strangers - Dora Bryan warning adults about educating their children Use a stepladder- an old lady putting up curtains on an unsteady chair falls off onto a table Old Fridges- dispose of old fridges (animated) Beautiful Britain,Littered London- Overhead shots of London streets filled high with rubbish to a classical piece of music You'd Better Come in - Shelia Steafel as a housewife letting all and sundry in till her husband arrives home to a totally empty house.
I am sure none of these appear on the Charley dvd's. I own a copy of the Shelia Steafel one at the end as I remembered it well (as a kid)yet it has never been shown anywhere since. I wonder if it the sort of thing that could be shown at a Kaleidoscope event?

I think that one's on the Charley set, from the description you give. I can recall a few of the others you list too (and some more). Further PIFs are hopefully still out there. The fact that they were made / distributed on film increases the chances of them surviving though.
At last a copy of the Joe Brown road safety PIF has surfaced on youtube. I had given up looking quite a while back, but it seems it was posted a year ago.
