[quoted posts removed] I've never reported anyone on here, but I've just started. 2Entertain's released have been amazing and as a community we are damned lucky to have a company that cares as much about the releases as they clearly do. So you're not happy with the Aztecs release, a lot of people are. Get over it. I can't remember the last time so many new threads have been started!! This one's turning into a juicy one... I think I expressed my only concern with the The Aztecs Special Edition.. But would like to add that I have always been impressed with the classic Who range (except for the outer-sleeve designs for R4 versions, the R2 versions look so much nicer on the shelf!!) The Aztecs has always rated as a favorite story of mine, hence why I thought a revisitation seemed frivolous as I always thought the original DVD releases contents were fantastic i.e; both remastered episodes and the extras package, my favorite extra is the "Making Cocoa" one It will be great to see Airlock for the first time, I've been quietly hopping from one foot to the other, waiting to see it since I read about the returns late last year !!! I was just a little disappointed to find out I have to buy something (I technically) already have, just so I can get to see that one episode... Essentially I'll be paying full price for one episode I don't already have and a selection of newly added features to go with it, which I'm not sure effect the overall price of my DVDs.. I seem to recall the old VHS (which rarely had any restoration on the episodes or "special features") were comparatively a similar price... Anyhow, no sense in hammering on about it the decision was probably made a long time before anyone here (other than the insiders that is) knew anything about it.. And I'll be dutifully stomping down to my vendor around march (??) next year to buy it anyway Keep up the good work Restoration Team, 2|Entertain, the BBC and everybody else associated (I think I got you all lol) Cheers Ross...

When I hear something from Paul Vanezis, Steve Roberts, etc then I'll give it credence. Steve has already commented on this (on Sunday): "If it's of any use in the discussion, this is the first I've heard of it. I would have thought my contacts in both Australia and within the missing episode hunting community at this end would have let me know. I fear Anneke is a victim of rumour or Chinese Whispers." That does not explain why her minder said Anneke should not be talking about it. This suggests that she at least knows something that is being kept under wraps rather than her repeating something that has already been heard. Could be animation?

I think I know what this has all stemmed from, and frankly it isn't even worth passing comment on, except for what I've previously said. I think actually Steve Roberts got it right in the first place. Paul

aw jings man - What de ye mean!!?? Hi Steve, I mean rumour being stated as fact and people believing it! I feel sorry for Anneke, because she might actually believe that 'Power' has been found and returned. It hasn't. Paul

If it IS true, and the world is destined to explode after we discover it to be true, can I ask for a free private screening of the Polo episodes before I die?

Can I assume that has been found as well? We are in for a wonderful time... I mean, seriously. This is becoming every fans wish list of what they'd like to see when they get to heaven. Paul

Paul Marco Polo and Power are reserved for all those naughty boys in a private screening with that red scary dude with a fork before being made to watch Web Planet continously for ever. ;D

Jon Preddle, or his site, would be the best place to start. He's probably got an idea of how many prints were struck. Only two sets of prints are known to have existed: 1) to Australia, and that was returned to the BBC in 1975 2) to New Zealand, and that was sent to Singapore in 1972 So IF any prints have survived, they'd be from the batch returned by the ABC, or from TV Singapore.

Could be animation?[/quote] Animation would be a very big surprise, especially since Hall said they could afford to animate only two episodes per release.
