Do I need to be a member? When is it likely that the date will be decided? I have heard that you do not need to be a member. Members are given the first opportunity to buy tickets. What is left over after that goes to the general public.

If it IS true, and the world is destined to explode after we discover it to be true, can I ask for a free private screening of the Polo episodes before I die? Can I assume that has been found as well? We are in for a wonderful time... I mean, seriously. This is becoming every fans wish list of what they'd like to see when they get to heaven. Paul What really stinks is that all these rumors about lost episodes is only just starting. I have a feeling that there is a lot more to come. Once 2/e finally announces what their releases are for all of 2013, then the rumors might settle down for a little bit. Until then, the hoaxers are going to say stories have been found to get Doctor Who fans' hopes up for DVD releases next year.

What really stinks is that all these rumors about lost episodes is only just starting. I have a feeling that there is a lot more to come. So true - and the simplest thing to do is ignore them, and they might go away! Seriously, there will be rumours, and most will be far-fetched that contradict what is known about what could and what should survive, and where. Ignore them. A rumour is a rumour until proof is provided. If someone posts here that they've found something, but has nothing to back it up - IGNORE IT! Don't fuel the fire. Don't waste pages discussing it!

Don't waste pages discussing it! I think this is excellent advice. Quite how many people do we need to debunk this rumour before it sinks in..?

I beg to differ. I think I may have overheard a stranger on the bus saying something to the person next to them that could possibly have been 'all of Greg's favorite missing stories are coming out on DVD for his birthday as a special treat'. They were mumbling at the other end of the top deck, but it is PROOF ABSOLUTE. I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone involved for this great honour.

Vanezis, Bignell and Roberts have all stated no missing material has been found. Can someone add the word 'DEBUNKED' to the start of this thread title. Or lock it. Why is everyone still speculating? Stop getting people's hope up and wasting their time. End of story.

Actually, I tend to agree. I was going to leave this until tomorrow, but I think now is the time to close it. As usual, if anything turns up, we'll open it again for everyone to admit they were wrong!
