I don't know about Rediffusion, but the only ITV commentator of the time that I know of was ATV's Hugh John, last heard of at HTV Wales in the mid 1990's. Eamonn Andrews was the presenter of ABC's version of World of Sport if this jogs any memories...

According to the TV Times I have for that week, the 4th Test coverage came from Yorkshire Television as the venue was Headingley. Probably their first ever programme on ITV.
The commentators were Ian Wooldridge and Michael Parkinson with summary by Sir Leonard Hutton and Bobby Simpson.

The commentators for ITV's 1967 Wimbledon tennis coverage were Lew Hoad, Emlyn Jones, Fred Perry, Dennis Coombe, Peter Wilson, Peter Lorenzo and Richard Davies.
