It's been a year since the recovery of The Enemy of the World & The Web of Fear. At the time there was a great feeling that this was just the start of something bigger but what has happed in the last year? What should have been excitement turned into false information, bickering and allegations of hoarding. One man may be at the center of this mystery but other people played almost a bigger part in circulating false hope and often treating rumour as fact. This is not an upbeat article but one I needed to write. Excellent article Greg.
Last year before the announcement of Enemy and Web, anyone who claimed on this forum there were missing episodes coming were heavily moderated or threads locked.
This no longer happens which tells me there is nothing more coming.

Great article, Greg.
Because we have nothing definitive about the purported trove of overseas films that someone has or may have had, I am trying to stay as clear-headed and neutral as others. Like the underground market for music, I have heard or seen stuff over the years that gives a tantalising hint at what was still out there. So, unlike other here, I hold out a lot more hope for more episodes to be returned than others.
