You're right. I think it is Clarke rather than Winwood. Didn't realise they were so alike till now!

It's Allan Clarke. Did anyone notice - a bit off-topic really this, the backing vocalist on Splinter's Costafine Town on the recovered TOTP at Pop Goes the Talbot. Kenney Jones - and I think Stevie Winwood were two of them.
