Does anyone know what t.v. channel this was made for originally? I guess BBC. Has it been repeated ever? If not, it is high time it was!

The credits state... Photography - Peter Bartlett Sound - John Murphy Editor - Eric Brown Producer - Denis Postle Googling Postle came up with this... g.o.r.i.l.l.a.postle.net/dphomescreens/dpscrns2.htmHe says on there "I went to art school in the UK in the fifties when it was possibly the best creativity education to be had anywhere. After the Royal College of Art I rejected graphic design because I wanted to generate 'content', and that's off-limits to designers. So I headed for tv and film-making and the BBC. This eventually led to twenty very privileged free-lance years of 'doing what I liked and liking what I did' producing and directing documentary and drama films for tv. That's a world that seems to have quietly died sometime during the early eighties. I guess I got out as it peaked." So, BBC trained but probably one of his freelance projects. No BBC TV credit under the producer name so I think that rules out the BBC. Fades to black so no final indent card suggesting independent TV, but which company is anybody's guess. Postle does list a handful of his credits and even an email address to contact him though the site doesn't appear to have been updated since 2007. Great little film... well worthy of a full repeat or even a DVD release though I guess that would be unlikely.
