"Serendipity" was a series about arts and crafts, and how you could do you own - five episodes survive, all on colour VT:
2: Dyeing and Printing - 7/10/73 4: Gemstones - 21/10/73 7: Weaving, Macrame and Crochet - 11/11/73 8: Carving - 18/11/73 9: Polyester Jewellery - 25/11/73

As always Andrew, many thanks for the info on "Serendipity"! Nice to know some have survived. Pity they're unlikely to appear as a bonus on a Who DVD!

Talking of Jo Grant,or rather Katy Manning,i believe a 1973 appearance she made on Nationwide during which a clip from Terror Of The Autons was shown on its original colour VT,still exists.Does it still exist? It would make a great extra for the TOTA DVD.

as for the mayfair pictures there was a mini scandal at the time Oh indeed! I have read that Jon Pertwee and the Who production team were rather embarrassed by them. Weren't they done a couple of years after she left the show?

When told, Jon Pertwee actually roared with laughter and remarked "Typical Katy!". It was "Girl Illustrated", not "Mayfair". Sadly, many of the pics from the - ahem - spread are not on the net (though a few faked ones are).

Of course they I Think were taken in 76-78? The story goes is that she needed some money to go away for a holiday and had the pics taken before she left. they came out while she was overseas. so she didd'nt get any flac.. and anyhow. no one cared. there was NO scandal.. mabey for 12-14 YO boys. but no one else batted a eyelid !!

Any chance of the documentary being included in the future?
