Of course, if I read my messages back before clicking "post", they might be more literate... Whoops! "Sounds like the 1993 Roger Barratt malarkey to me... " That's better...

Would the article you were mentioning be the one from 1984? The April Fool's joke where Ep. 4 was not only found, but was being colorized for the CBC? No, the colourisation article was in the early 80's. What's being referenced is the 1990's hoax when a shibaden reel was returned to the BBC that supposedly contained Episode 4. Except it was blank. Ha,ha,ha funny, but there are little facts on that thread to prove that the missing episode from the Tenth Planet will never be found !

Has anyone else noticed that every single Doctor Who missing episode rumour seems to have died/gone quiet? Haven't heard a peep out of the rumours for awhile.
Let's hope someone, completely out of the blue, is going to return my most favourite lost episodes - The Crusade 2, 4; Mission to the Unknown; and The Daleks' Master Plan 1, 3, 4, 6-9, 11, 12 - as well as Marco Polo 1-7; The Power of the Daleks 1-6; and Fury from the Deep 1-6. (Or even just any episode, really.)
I'd swap the entire Tom Baker era for a black and white episode right now! *twitches insanely before reaching for The Space Museum to calm him down*
