Beatles on People and Places audio excerpts 1962

These uploaded in the last 24 hours, seem to be from the bands first 3 appearances on the show in Oct, Nov and Dec 1962.

Are these audio off airs generally known about or old news to Beatles collectors?

Certainly the first two audios are known about (indeed, I mentioned them in my Beatles book earlier this year).

These audio excerpts are definitely new to the public. Apple owns the full songs.
Those excerpts come from a podcast that was released last month.

They were taped off the TV by Adrian Killen, a (then) teenage fan from Liverpool.

It amazes me that someone taped them so early, and that the tape survived.

These excerpts are more priceless to me than any White Album/Abbey Road outtakes! I admit to being very biased towards the early years though...

Can someone please date the performances for me - partly this is due to being massively behind with my Missing Episode stuff and not wanting to bodge!!!!

I have a list to write in January and it will take most of my spare time during the month.

02 November 1962: “A Taste of Honey” (“Love Me Do” was also performed on the programme)

17 December 1962: “Twist and Shout” (“Love Me Do” was also performed on the programme)
