I've been trying to recreate TOP of the Pops episodes with whatever clips I can find where there's a clip that's missing from TOTP'S I try to find either a promo or a clip from some other show, I'm currently on 1972 and cannot find any footage for the following, I was wondering if anyone on here has ever seen any of these either as promo's or from any other tv show as long as there from 72 thanks for any help.

Lindisfarne The Top Ten Geordie Group sing some of their own songs, including All Fall Down' - a broadside at urban planners with a special message for the city of Newcastle.

on
American Bandstand 10 June 1972 "Frederick Knight sings "I've Been Lonely For So Long"
this episode stars Dick Clark, Dr Hook, Frederick Knight

If you do a search on TV Brain for Lindisfarne
you will see
under the items which exist in the archives...
Full House: Lindisfarne (09.12.72)
so yes it exists in the archives

You could ask the Museum if they hold the promo clip that was used on Top Of The Pops for Amazing Grace on episodes dated 13 April and 20 April and 4 May 1972.
Also Alan, you could also ask the museum if The Guards appeared on any other Television programme during 1972 playing Amazing Grace, either in England, Scotland or even West
Germany where they were stationed at the time!
