So are the previously returned eleven seconds part of the 92 second footage or from a different part of the performance?

It looks like the previous 11 seconds is contained within the 90 second clip.
The 11 second clip is the third verse Which begins roughly just past the minute mark: It's a thousand pages, give or take a few. I'll be writing more in a week or two. I could make it longer if you like the style. I can change it 'round, And I want to be a paperback writer, Paperback writer.
The 30 seconds on the BBC website begins from the first verse. If it's one continuous clip then it will overlap the previous 11 seconds.

Incredible how this was recovered. A friend of mine did a little thing of his own with the BBC website clip and synced the studio version to the footage.
One thing I wonder is if the audio of the original broadcast exists somewhere, since I haven't seen anything indicating so.

As long as they play the audio through an old telly for that authentic experience

As long as they play the audio through an old telly for that authentic experience Lol, honestly that would be interesting. It'd feel like time travel kind of (my bad that's a whole other story and a whole other part of the forum lol).

If only somebody had filmed their first ever appearance on TV at Granada studios. Apparently they were quite serious and didn't smile, which would be fascinating to see now as, by the time anything televisual was recorded, they were very much at ease in front of the camera.
The 66 footage would have been more interesting if it had included Pete Murray's intro (how ecstatic would he have looked at being able to finally introduce the band live in the TOTP studio) or the audience dancing.

Methinks if the long debated rumour that the entire performance has existed within collectors circles for years - it will probably surface very soon. Personally, I've never believed it existed - however, others have sworn blind it does (and have seen it). Mark Lewisohn's "Beatles Chronicle" book alludes to the content of Pete Murray's introduction, so I imagine an audio is around somewhere?
