Thanks, Peter. The timeline reminded me that we didn't see anything of the 4K-restored Shea Stadium concert after its surprise (and very welcome) showing following the simulcast of the premiere of Ron Howard's film about the Fabs' touring years. Hmmm . . .

I’d like to see the ‘Let it be’ dvd released but not if the soundtrack is ruined...a Hard Days Night dvd is a prime example

I couldn't agree more, Chris. The music sounded awful!
Fortunately, I'd recorded A Hard Day's Night off TV several years before, and - together with the original mono tracks - was able to re-make the movie in its original form. Time-consuming, but well worth it.
I trust other video editing enthusiasts out there do this sort of thing?
