They're not missing any more.
With one exception they're all part of the PVL collection and have gone back to Kaleidoscope in one form or another.
The brief Tremeloes clip is in INA France; the 13 seconds is all there is.

The complete 'Me and My Life' is from 03-09-70, repeated on 03-09-69.
They did a new performance on 08-10-70, so the short clip is probably from this.

Meanwhile back in the 60s, the UK version of 'Hullabaloo' makes an appearance with Long John Baldry, the Velvelettes and Cyril Davis band.
