The next title on DVD release after Enemy Of The World special edition will be announced in next months DWM. Is this a first? Hoping it's something special...

Chances are that it's a Tom Baker Blu-ray. Probably S12.

I have no desire to start any unsubstantiated rumours I know absolutely nothing but I am hoping for more than upscaled tom baker or any classic Doctor for that matter...I hope that the release of enemy special edition will finally reveal any truth to any of the rumours since enemy/ web recovery and put the matter to rest one way or the other for good

I just wish BBC would release Doctor Who on DVD/Blu-Ray here in Norway with Subs, that would be awesome.

Chances are that it's a Tom Baker Blu-ray. Probably S12. I thought that to make the upgrade to 2K standard Blu-ray pixel definition the original film and studio materials are needed, as was the case with Shada and Spearhead from Space (not studio)? This would mean that the only other possible candidates for blu-ray are The Pirate Planet and a number of the 5th Doctor stories. Unless some 'magic' restoration technique has been discovered that will bring all Classic Who up to a 2K pixel definition standard, then I can't see this happening for now...

I dunno about the technical stuff but three shopping websites had this up before taking the pages down.
