No 3...
A compilation of pop performances on television programmes by acts from the 1960s. The footage is blurry and distorted throughout, all the acts seemingly mime to (out of synch) recordings of their songs. The sequence with Jim Dale and the Rolling Stones is from Thank Your Lucky Stars (tx 15/05/66). The Beatles mime to 'Money (That's What I Want)' on a studio set with a chequerboard floor and a legend "The Beatles" written on a sign suspended behind them. Fans can be heard screaming over the performance but remain out of shot. [This song was released in 1963]. The Kinks mime to 'Sunny Afternoon' on a raised stage in a studio, with people dancing around them. Ther are some primitive special effects applied, largely using picture in picture effects. [This song charted in June 1966]. The Jimi Hendrix Experience mime? to 'Purple Haze'. The visual distortion on this recording is so great as to unwittingly contribute a psychedelic effect, however none of the band's faces are recognisable. [This song charted in March 1967]. Jim Dale is talking to a young woman about a band that she is travelling with, then introduces that group, The Rolling Stones. The Rolling Stones mime to 'Lady Jane'. Brian Jones "plays" an instrument on his lap (a dulcimer perhaps?) with a feather quill. The band perform beneath a large drawing of a young woman executed in art-deco style. [This song was released in 1966]. Jim Dale speaks with Mick Jagger, he puts it to Jagger that 'Ringo' complained to him recently about never having any time for a holiday, he asks Jagger if his band ever have time for holidays. Jagger questions the truth of Ringo's statement and says the band now have more time for holidays. Dale introduces the band's next song. The Rolling Stones mime to 'Paint It Black'. Brian Jones sits cross-legged on a short podium "playing" a sitar. Some primitive video effects are used to saturate the image briefly. [This song was released in May 1966]. After the band finish Dale says goodbye to the audience, obviously at the end of a show. Held on vhs and 1-inch C-Format, both 17.16 minutes - 625-PAL videotape

Referring to the Compilation of Pop Music No 3 above, it says...
The Beatles mimed to 'Money (That's What I Want)' on a studio set with a chequerboard floor and the legend "The Beatles" written on a sign suspended behind them. Fans can be heard screaming over the performance but remain out of shot.
On a Beatles website it says that Money (That's What I Want) was performed on 1) Val Parnell's Sunday Night at the London Palladium 12 January 1964 lostshows says 12.01.1964 Episode 17 (missing)
and
2) The Beatles performed Money (That's What I Want) in a UK Television special It's The Beatles at Liverpool's Empire theatre Saturday 7 December 1963 3.45 - 4.30 pm, a 45 minute set. It was screened later by the BBC that evening.
tvpopdiaries says Saturday 7 December 1963 BBC It's The Beatles 8.10 - 8.40 pm Live at the Empire Theatre, Liverpool. BBC Genome Project confirms 20.10 -20.40 pm So the BBC only screened 30 minutes of the 45 minute set.
lostshows says It's The Beatles 07.12.63 Episode No 1 (missing)
While there are currently 2 versions on-line as It's The Beatles live at the Liverpool Empire on 7 December 1963 and The Beatles at Liverpool Empire on 7 December 1963
Would other members like to check these 2 out? to see how long they are? 30 or 45 minute or less and to see, if it is footage or just audio and post their findings on this thread please. (Thanks)
BBC Genome also says that on BBC Television on 7 December 1963 18.05 - 18.35 pm Juke Box Jury A new disc - a Hit or a Miss? They must be referring to Thank Your Lucky Stars 26.10.1963. "Money" and a partial "All My loving" survives from an Australian TV rebroadcast. Referring to the Compilation of Pop Music No 3 above, it says... Hi Paul, Yes it is of use! (thank you very much) I love the Black Sabbath song (War Pigs) I have to say that the bit that was included in the edit of 'Look! Hear!' was a short extract of War Pig and didn't feature any vocals. If the whole song was originally recorded, it wasn't included in the final cut and subsequently not in my compilation. Paul

Thanks Paul.
Meantime here is confirmation Robert is right from 2 different sources...
Lost Shows says Thank Your Lucky Stars 26.10.1963 Episode No.57 One or more sequences exist from a recording on a domestic video format(e.g. VHS, Beta, Phillips 1500), but the complete programme is lost.
tvpopdiaries says Saturday 26 October ABC Thank Your Lucky Stars 5.50 - 6.35 pm The Beatles; All My Loving, Money, She Loves You Matt Monro ( with his left arm in a plaster cast) The Searchers The Brook Brothers Cherry Rowland Lee Stirling and The Bruisers Tommy Quickly Guest DJ Sam Costa and Janice Nicholls heads a teenagers panel reviewing new American releases in Spin-A-Disc I wonder if any of the other artists, besides The Beatles, are among the 'One or more sequences exist' that Lost Shows says above...

tvpopdiaries states...
Thursday 27 December 1973 BBC1 Top Of The Pops Ten Years of Pop Music 5.45 - 6.35 pm
There are too many acts and songs to list them all, but here are 5
Dave Clark 5 Bits And Pieces (clip of totp 26/2/64) Billy J Kramer Little Children (clip of totp 26/2/64) Lostshows says for TOTP 26.02.64 Episode 9 Picture Only Exists, There Is No Sound
The Rolling Stones Get Off Of My Cloud (clip of totp 4/11/65) lostshows says 04.11.65 Episode 97 (missing) The Rolling Stones The Last Time (clip of totp 4/3/65) lostshows says 04.03.65 Episode 62 (missing)
The Righteous Brothers You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling (clip of totp 28/1/65) lostshows says 28.01.65 Episode 57 (missing)
the bfi holds Ten Years of Pop Music 1964-1974 on VHS video, 49.26 minutes and 2-inch Quadruplex, both 1973-12-27
This is puzzling, can the forum explain this mystery please?

My guess is that they got those clips, to use in Ten Years of Pop Music, is from another source, as all of them you listed, with the exception of Get Off My Cloud and The last Time, are very low res. Also, part of that low res reel is The Supremes "Baby Love", Tremeloes, Roy Orbison "Pretty Woman" and Stones "Not Fade Away".
