Thank you to everyone commenting on the Saturday's show and thank you, thank you, thank you to Jaz Wiseman for taking so much time to for this. I am very happy to know the whole story now. In case you missed my conversation with Jaz Wiseman about restoring The Avengers, check out the link below to the show. Yes, it's 3 hours but I am fairly confident that you will walk away from it knowing stuff about the series you didn't know before! www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWK7M0Y49E0&t=6630s

Your podcasts bring back memories of me working in a video store in the 90's and buying these VHS for wholesale employee discount. I still have them too, but not displayed.

NEW VIDEO: Doctor Who on BBC Video Part 9: The Ice Warriors VHS Boxset The 35th anniversary is the unsung hero for keeping Doctor Who alive during the “Wilderness Years” with some real quality products. The VHS boxset for the Ice Warriors is a great example of it. Never before had such a large project had been released on VHS showcasing the different types of restoration, reconstruction and documentary making all to celebrate the Missing Episodes of Doctor Who. Amongst the many things we focus on, we devote a lot of time to the Telesnaps. We show the restoration of some telesnaps imagery to show what can be done to them and also bring on a special guest to tell us how the large haul of telesnaps were discovered at the BBC Written Archives in 1993…… Special thanks to Nick Seidler & Rob Warnock for use of their music track (The Word is) Zero which appears in this video. Please consider joining my Patreon which starts as low as $3/month www.patreon.com/FromtheArchive
