Alan that's from ATV's Cliff Richard Show from 24th May 1967. That's the one Peter Sterling mentioned was returned from RTV Hong Kong over on the Reduffusion thread recently. I got mine in the mid 1990's and its that copy which has found its way onto the internet in recent years.

The TV show was actually named Cliff! TX'd 24 May 1967 9:40pm to 10:25pm held in the archive on 16 mm monochrome film telerecording and here it is from that Show, the second song on this Part 2 the show was featured in the TV Times... and a colour picture!... I notice that future Blue Peter presenter Lesley Judd was one of the show's dancers!

Thanks for that- love it- they/it's absolutely gorgeous IMHO, apart from that the girls' singing, choreography and cameras are razor sharp in timing. Couldn't agree more Peter. I stumbled (to my delight) across this show on YT for the first time only a couple of weeks ago and have watched it several times since. And yes, maybe I have even dubbed the audio onto cassette in my car. Sad but true! The show is a sparkling example of 60s light entertainment programming at it's best: Really dynamic production, dazzling choreography (I'm no expert) and superb orchestrations by Peter Knight, particularly the killer '67-update on Cliff's early hit 'Move It' that opens the show. Based on the gorgeous version of 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart', how I wish the Breakaways had recorded an LP that year (I even searched to see if they had, but no!) I'd dearly love to see this telerecording restored. The sound seems to have fared rather better than the picture. Oh and Lesley Judd was busy hoofing with the Young Generation in 1967 wasn't she? Perhaps she was doing a bit of moonlighting for 'the other side'... Great to see the TV Times coverage of the show too, so thanks to William for those. Steve

I'm afraid I could not bear to watch a Cliff Richard show all the way through ...LOL
but that 'Move it' opener is kick ass and ATV did him proud.
I thought perhaps the orchestra was Jack Parnell's but thanks to William I now know it was Peter Knight..Smokin !
I think Lesley Judd did a fair few things for ITV as well as dancing?
