Really sad news, he was a brilliant bassist, singer and writer. As soon as you heard that growling Rickenbacker sound you knew who it was. RIP Chris.

A sad loss indeed. I am happy I got to meet the man in person (along with Steve Hackett) and say a few words prior to a brilliant Yes concert in 2013.

I grew-up listening to YES; Chris's innovative bass lines lines were a fundamental part of their unique sound. A sad loss.
